Jasper National Park
Project Requirements:
- Build and install fire walls, end wall panels, a wood truss roof assembly, and a wood truss overhang assembly according to the structural drawings.
- Install steel roofing and capping.
Equipment used: Crane, rig & set 42 modules onto the concrete foundation. 2-storey houses (2 stacked units).

Low-income & Veteran Apartment Buildings
City of Edmonton
Project Requirements:
- Install exterior connections and ensure waterproofing during stacking for three supportive housing units at 3 jobsites – Inglewood (12312 112 Ave NW), McArthur (14125 136a Ave NW), and Terrace Heights (6210 Terrace Rd NW).
- Install interior connections in hallways and suites.
Equipment used: Crane, rig & set all modular units onto concrete structure at 3 separate jobsites (Main build by Delnor Construction / Modulars built by Northgate Industries)
4-Storey, 241-Unit Building
North Edmonton/The Barracks
Project Requirements:
- Construction of a four-storied building of 241 units with apartments of varying sizes and number of bedrooms.
- The unit sizes varied from 960 sq.ft. to 1,330 sq.ft. consisting of one, two and three bedrooms.
- Amenities included gym, entertainment, restaurant, and a movie theatre.
- 4 elevators, and an underground parkinggarage.
Alta-Fab Structures
Fox Lake 162 Reserve; Nisku, AB
Project Requirements:
- Assist in the installation of exterior finishing items and the on- site installation of two triplexes.
- With a crew of 6-8 workers, install all exterior finishing items (roofing, Hardie-Siding, Hardie-Trims) and construct “Porch” mods from plans.
- On-site installation of 2 structures containing 2 triplexes – total of 4 boxes with additional 6 porch mods.
- Installation onto steel screw piles.
- Installation of 6 porch mods, stairs, aluminum eavestrough, interior and exterior connections, plywood skirting with access doors.
Equipment used: Truck and hydraulic trailer/telehandler.
